This Privacy Policy explains how G9TechGroup ("we", "our", "us") handles information when you use the iCadio Pulse app ("the App"). We are committed to collecting as little data as possible.
At G9TechGroup, we believe that the less information we know about you, the better. It is impossible to lose, misuse, or abuse information we don't have.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
What This App Does
iCadio Pulse is a general wellness and self-tracking tool. It allows users to:
- Check pulse rate using the device camera (displays BPM and HRV as general reference only)
- Log personal wellness data such as weight and BMI
- Use guided breathing and relaxation exercises
The App is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or clinically evaluate any condition. All data and readings are for general wellness awareness only.
Personal Data
We do not collect or have access to the personal wellness data you save in iCadio Pulse. All data you enter — including pulse readings, weight logs, and wellness records — is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account in encrypted form, synced across your devices using the same iCloud account.
We do not have access to this data. It never passes through our servers.
Camera Usage
The App requests access to your device camera solely to measure pulse rate using photoplethysmography (PPG) — a technique that detects subtle color changes in your fingertip caused by blood flow. Camera data is processed entirely on-device in real time and is never stored, transmitted, or shared.
Support Contact
If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address. This is the only personal identifier we may collect directly, and it is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services for operational purposes. None of these services receive your personal wellness data (pulse readings, weight, BMI logs, etc.).
Usage Analytics Mixpanel
Minimal, anonymized analytics to help us understand how the App is used. We collect only:
- Application starts and ends
- Device locale (language/region)
- Device type, CPU architecture, and OS version
No personal wellness data, readings, or user-entered content is included.
Crash Reporting Crashlytics
Crash logs are automatically sent on the next app start to help us identify and fix issues. These logs contain:
- Anonymized bundle identifier and app version
- Device type, CPU architecture, and OS version
- Timestamp of the crash
- A generated UUID to prevent duplicate reports
- Exception class names and low-level crash data (instruction pointers, signal data)
- Application log file
Crash logs do not contain any wellness data, readings, or content you create within the App.
No AI or Third-Party AI Services
The current version of iCadio Pulse does not use any AI features and does not transmit personal user data to any third-party AI providers such as ChatGPT or similar services.
Data Storage & Retention
Your wellness data lives on your device and in your iCloud account. You can delete it at any time by removing the App or clearing your iCloud data. We do not retain copies of this data.
Operational data collected by third-party services (analytics, crash logs, subscription records) is retained according to their respective privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Since we do not store your wellness data on our servers, most of your data is already fully under your control on your device.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
